- A flat delivery charge of PKR 200 applies to all orders.
- Free shipping may be offered:

- On orders that meet a minimum purchase value

- All orders are delivered within 3 to 7 working days.
- Please allow extra time during sales, seasonal launches, or public holidays.
- For COD orders, payment must be made before opening the parcel.
- COD orders may be subject to telephonic verification before processing.
- KiKiDi reserves the right to process COD orders without verification for repeat customers or during high-volume periods.
- After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Order Number and Tracking ID (if a valid email was provided).
