Refund & Cancellation Policy
At KiKiDi, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully before placing your order.
Refund Policy
We follow a No Refund policy under normal circumstances. However, a refund may be issued in the following exceptional cases:
- You received the wrong product or size
- The product was damaged upon delivery
- The product is out of stock
To request a refund, please contact our customer care team at customercare@kikidi.pk within 3 days of receiving your order. Kindly include your order number and details of the issue.
Refunds will not be issued for shipping and handling charges.
Note: Colors and textures may slightly vary due to screen settings and lighting used in photography. Refunds or exchanges will not be granted for these differences.
Refund Processing Time:
- Please allow up to 7 business days for refund processing.
- It may take up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank.
Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before it is processed. Once your order has been shipped, our Return & Exchange Policy will apply.
KiKiDi reserves the right to cancel orders under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Item is out of stock
- Pricing errors
- Item fails quality control
If your order is canceled from our end, you will be notified and refunded promptly.
